Pricing questions
Do you calculate visas and taxes for me?
No. Qamino counts the days and warns you before the thresholds. Your visa decisions and your tax filing stay your responsibility. We give you the information in time; you check with your lawyer or tax advisor for your situation.
Will it cost money?
The Free plan will stay free, no card. Core and Pro will be paid, your choice, at launch.
When will I be able to subscribe to Core or Pro?
As soon as billing is armed. During the beta, only the Free plan is open — it gives you the visa + tax residency counter, alerts before every threshold, and offline use. The prices shown here are the ones that will apply at opening — no surprise.
Can I move from Pro to Core, or back to the free plan?
Yes, anytime, once subscriptions open. You'll be able to switch plan or go back to the free plan from your account. The downgrade will take effect at the end of the paid period — you'll keep the higher plan's features until then. No data loss.
In which currency are prices billed?
In US dollars (USD). When subscriptions open, your card will be charged in USD; your bank will apply its own conversion rate to your local currency. Yearly prices offer roughly two months of savings compared to monthly.
